Inspire. Empower. Uplift.
Restoring the dignity and sanity of the girl child.
To curb menstrual poverty, teenage pregnancy, child marriage, child sexual abuse and school dropout — through guidance and counselling, charity outreaches, legal outreaches and skilling.
Our motto — Inspire, Empower, Uplift — guides everything we do.
Every girl and woman we work with is treated with respect, never as a statistic or a charity case.
We equip women and girls with skills that sustain them long after our outreach ends.
CTU is not affiliated with any political party, religion or tribe — we serve everyone, without exception.
We meet women and girls where they are, with counselling and legal support that is judgment-free.
Come Through Foundation – Uganda is a non-profit, community-based organization that commenced its activities in November 2025. It was founded by Kayange Edrene Winfred, a young Ugandan female lawyer who was then serving as the Secretary for Women (Youth) on the National Youth Council in Kaliro District (2025–2030).
The Foundation was started to curb menstrual poverty, teenage pregnancy, child marriage, child sexual abuse and school dropout — and to restore the sanity and dignity of the girl child, especially in Uganda's rural communities. Come Through Uganda is not affiliated to any political party, religion, tribe, or any other significant group.
CTU was founded to come through for women who are disadvantaged in various sects of life, especially health and education — easing life for socially marginalized girls, and offering self-sustaining skills to teenage mothers and school dropouts alike.
